Community Health
Picasso Social and Educational Society has been actively involved in promoting community health and child wellbeing. Under the National Programme, Pulse Polio drops were administered to children aged 0 to 5 years at the Society’s school, with active encouragement to parents. These efforts reflect the Society’s commitment to preventive healthcare and early childhood development.
With support from government organisations, the Society has organised family planning camps, drug de-addiction and tobacco cessation drives, TB control initiatives and vaccination programmes. These interventions aim to raise awareness, improve access to healthcare and reduce the burden of preventable diseases. Regular health camps and outreach activities ensure that families receive timely support and guidance.
Vaccination drives and disease control measures for children have been conducted consistently and will continue to be prioritised. The Society remains committed to working in collaboration with public health authorities to strengthen community health systems and ensure that children and families in underserved areas receive the care and attention they deserve.
